Thinking Oasis has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Career Center at The Hashemite University, establishing a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing critical thinking, workforce readiness, and digital-age competencies among students, graduates, and academic professionals.
The agreement was signed by Professor Hassan Katkhuda, Vice President of The Hashemite University, and Mr. Albaraa Al-Kilani, General Manager of Thinking Oasis. The signing was attended by Professor Adnan Maqtash, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; Professor Mohammad Abu Mallouh, Dean of the Technical College; Dr. Israa Al-Shdeifat, Director of the Career Preparation Center; in addition to faculty members and representatives from industry and partner organizations.
Under the agreement, Thinking Oasis and the Career Center will collaborate to advance educational excellence and workforce readiness by enhancing critical thinking, higher-order cognitive skills, and core competencies among students, graduates, faculty members, and institutions. The partnership will include the delivery of competency assessments, specialized training programs, professional certifications, workshops, and seminars focused on critical thinking, innovation, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence. In addition, the collaboration will support capacity-building initiatives, knowledge exchange, and tailored consulting services designed to strengthen analytical capabilities, improve employability, and help institutions confidently navigate the opportunities and challenges of the AI era.
